FryDay Kitchen is a cloud kitchen — we prepare food for delivery only and do not offer dine-in seating. By placing an order with us through WhatsApp or this website, you agree to the terms below.

Prices for menu items are communicated directly during your WhatsApp conversation and may vary based on portion size, add-ons, or delivery distance. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

4. Payment

We currently accept the following payment methods:

Full payment is expected at the time of delivery (for COD) or before/at dispatch (for online payments), unless otherwise agreed.

We prepare food fresh to order. If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform us before confirming your order. While we take care in preparation, FryDay Kitchen cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before preparation has started. Once cooking has begun, cancellations may not be accepted. See our Refund Policy for more details.

8. Limitation of Liability

FryDay Kitchen's liability for any issue with an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from delays, food quality concerns, or delivery issues, beyond resolving them in good faith (replacement, partial refund, or full refund as applicable).

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our ordering channels after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
